Organizational Consulting & Support

ABOUT US
What does collective liberation look like in practice? Members of our collective have spent decades pursuing freedom through study and practice inside numerous movements, nonprofits, and academic institutions. Our team of transformative justice practitioners and liberatory facilitators has been supporting organizations in building stronger infrastructure around conflict and harm, moving from shared values to tangible practices, and getting better at task and relational accountability for many years. We have also been practicing shared leadership together in our worker co-operative. To learn more about our team and our background, visit www.timetospringup.org.

“The team has had a resoundingly positive experience with the content. I have seen in myself and others ongoing reflection and dialogue/engagement with the concepts we've covered. I have also seen integration of the conflict and tension content in real time in recent differences of opinion and misalignments.”

By the end of the program, you will also have initial drafts of practices, policies, or systems for your team to implement based on your organization's priorities; these could include but are not limited to strategies to:
-
Build shared language with one another during onboarding
-
Address conflict generatively
-
Share feedback with each other
-
Practice accountability with yourselves, each other, and the communities you serve
-
Address harm non-punitively
“I have grown so much as a leader through this program! I have been challenged to see the power I hold to shape my team culture even though I am not a manager, and I have developed much deeper relationships with my colleagues who participated in this program alongside me even though we work in different departments. It’s incredible to look back and see how much of a difference these 6 months have had in my role on the team and my perception of myself and my power!”
